Sail the coastal islands of Maine, and around Penobscot Bay, dropping the hook in picturesque harbors to spend the night. Or you can be as active as you want, helping trim the sails, mind the helm, and row ashore.
Camden, Maine
At the center of Maine's mid-coast region, nestles a sheltered harbor, hemmed snugly in by steep but gently sloping mountains. Camden offers the excitement of a busy harbor with lots of yachts, pleasure boats and coastal schooners, as well as shopping, excellent dining, and varied entertainment, including art galleries and theater. During the sun filled down-east daytime, enjoy tours of the bay’s landmarks, from seal spotting, to working boatyards and lobster boats, to magnificant summer homes.
